We take pride in providing top-quality hair extensions and ensuring our customers are fully satisfied with their purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below before placing your order.
Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Hair must be returned within 7 business days of receiving your order.

Hair must be unused, uncut, unwashed, and in its original condition (including original packaging).

Products that show any signs of wear, tampering, or alterations (including brushing, combing, dyeing, or installing) will not be accepted.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair that has been worn or tampered with.
To initiate a return, please email us at maintainsilk.co@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, shipping instructions will be provided.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 24–48 hours and automatically applied to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, you must return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
