Return & Refund Policy – Maintain Silk

We take pride in providing top-quality hair extensions and ensuring our customers are fully satisfied with their purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below before placing your order.

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Hair must be returned within 7 business days of receiving your order.

  • Hair must be unused, uncut, unwashed, and in its original condition (including original packaging).

  • Products that show any signs of wear, tampering, or alterations (including brushing, combing, dyeing, or installing) will not be accepted.

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair that has been worn or tampered with.

To initiate a return, please email us at maintainsilk.co@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, shipping instructions will be provided. 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 24–48 hours and automatically applied to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, you must return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
